As a lifelong resident of Tracy City, Tennessee, I've spent my life exploring the mountains, lakes, small towns, and scenic countryside that make Southern Middle Tennessee such a special place to live. My local knowledge comes not only from nearly three decades as a real estate professional but from a lifetime of calling this region home.

Before beginning my real estate career more than 28 years ago, I worked in several industries, including sawmills, the restaurant business, and retail. I also earned an Associate Degree in Accounting and developed a passion for technology through self-study.

Today, I combine old-fashioned personal service with innovative marketing and technology to help my clients achieve the best possible results.

My faith in Jesus Christ shapes how I approach both life and business. I believe in treating people with honesty, respect, kindness, and integrity. My goal is never to simply complete a transaction—I want every client to feel informed, supported, and confident from our first conversation through closing and beyond.

Family has always been my greatest blessing. My wife, Mary, and I have been married since 1978, and together we've built a life centered on faith, family, and serving others. Those same values guide every relationship I build with my clients.
